What if I change my mind? We want you to love your artwork! If you’re not completely happy, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaged as it arrived.
Can I return custom pieces? Because each custom or personalized item is made just for you, we can only accept returns if it arrives damaged or defective.

We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund (including shipping).
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original order and place a new order.
Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Once the order is shipped, our normal return policy applies.
