What if I change my mind? We want you to love your artwork! If you’re not completely happy, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaged as it arrived.

Can I return custom pieces? Because each custom or personalized item is made just for you, we can only accept returns if it arrives damaged or defective.

  • You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • What if my order arrives damaged? 

  • Oh no! If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@edgycatdesigns.com with your order number and photos. 

  • We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund (including shipping).  

How to Return

  1. Simply email us at support@edgycatdesigns.com with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.  

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original order and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping.

  • Once the order is shipped, our normal return policy applies.
